The short version
Free shipping anywhere in the United States. Orders leave within 3 business days and most arrive 5 to 10 business days after that. You get a tracking number the moment your parcel ships.

We only ship within the United States at the moment. If you are somewhere else and want one, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
How an order moves
- Order placed. You get a confirmation email straight away with everything you bought and what you paid.
- Packed and dispatched. Within 3 business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
- Tracking sent. A second email with a tracking number the moment the carrier scans it.
- Delivered. No signature needed unless the carrier decides otherwise.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
This happens more often than it should. Before anything else, check with anyone else at your address and look anywhere a carrier might leave a parcel out of sight. Carriers also sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day early.
If it still has not turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, email us with your order number and we will sort it out. You will not be left arguing with a courier on your own.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the mask before you do anything else, then email us the photos with your order number. We send a replacement. We do not ask you to post the damaged one back.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email us immediately. We can usually change it before the order is packed. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we will have to wait for it to come back to us before sending it again.
