3. The product

The Six Thirty Mask is a cosmetic device intended for home use. It is not a medical device. It is not FDA cleared. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have a skin or eye condition, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, consult a qualified professional before use.

4. Results

We make no guarantee of any particular outcome. Individual results vary and many people will see no visible change. Any description of what light therapy is studied for is a description of research, not a promise about your skin.

5. Safe use

You agree to follow the instructions supplied with the device and the guidance on our safety page, including keeping your eyes closed during use. We are not liable for harm resulting from use contrary to those instructions.

6. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price has been listed in error, and will refund you in full if we do.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
